A lot of people might not have heard of this wonderful tool yet. I was actually kind of confused when I first saw it. I didn’t really know how to monetize this wonderful Google tool. But after messing with it for a couple hours I found that this is a great way to do some market research.

The reason that I believe that it kicks arse is because it is coming straight from the horses mouth on what is being searched for and what keywords you should focus on. Now on how to get to this tool.

The easiest way is to access it through the Google Keyword Research tool.

This is where you will find the link to the tool to use.

This is the link you click on to find the categories to get more information from. This is where you will get all the good keyword ideas that you are looking for.

It will open up this left side-bar. Here you will find all the category links to filter and find the good keywords with all the information that you will need to know.

Once you click on a category it will open up all of the keywords that are being searched for in a certain niche. You can find keywords that you might want to put into your ad-groups or keywords you might want to make a blog post around. It is really up to you. But there is a plethora of ideas that you can get from this. Once you get in there you can export the keywords into a CSV file and start your marketing around those certain words.

If you have anything to add please let me know. I would love to see how you have used the tool and if it is getting you the results that you want. Good luck and I will see you around the interwebs.

Just a little heads up for people curious about doing advertising on Facebook. The system is rather new and all but they have some of the creators from Adwords working with them so it should be good. If you would like to get a free way to try it then log into Facebook and then go and add the Visa Business Network App. When you are done with that Facebook will send you a coupon code, and just follow the instructions to add the credit to your account. Have fun and good luck
